Tai Hirosaki and his twin brother, Mike Hirosaki along with half-demon Takara Ishitaki join forces to defeat Takara's father, Ranji Ishitaki and his organization known as SALIGIA. Tai has Lighting power and Mike has ice powers and they combine them to create a powerful force. Ranji Ishitaki wants to take over the world, bur he has 2 big obstacles in his way.

Tai "Lightstreak" Hirosaki: The 15-Year old lightning rod is always getting into trouble because of his "hyper-behavior". Tai and his brother Mike want to train as hard as they can so they can travel the world. Tai is cocky and always underestimates his opponent.

Mike "Ice Master" Hirosaki: Mike can be consdiered an opposite of his brother because hes more serious than Tai. Mike is also a ladies man but has a girlfriend named Michelle, whom he always cheats on. Mike uses Ice and create it and make it as hard as the world's most toughest material. Mike thinks strategic about his battles.

Takara Ishitaki: the half-demon 15 year old demon., who is the cause of this entire story. Takara has a human mother and a demon father, the latter who she hates with a passion for the slaying of her innocent mother. Her father, Ranji killed his wife when Takara was only 9 in front of her and then stabbed her in the back, leaving a huge scar on her back which she still posesses to this day. He then placed Takara in an Orphanage, where she was constanly abused by the children and even the caretakers, who knew of her demon blood (People in the RS Universe know that demons exists). Takara dispices humans and demons alike but finds a change of heart once she got to know Tai and Mike.  Takara may have some romatiic feelings for Tai

Ranji Ishitaki: the Main Antagonist of the story and the leader of SALIGIA. Ranji wants to unite the world with the Underworld, where he planned to rule as the Supreme Leader. Ranji is sadistic, heartless to the core and was even called The Devil" once. He tortures Takara but needs her because of her mixed demon/human blood when the time is right.

The Skull Brothers: Travis and Curtis Skull, Ranji's henchmen of SALIGIA. The 2 bros are both 15 and both depise Tai and Mike. They both look the smae, both being naturally bald and look identical in the face, except Travis has a tatoo on the left side to diverse himself from his brother.

Michelle Lin: Micheal's girlfriend, Michelle likes Micheal but hates his playboyish ways. She joins sides with the Skull Brothers as Travis Skull's girlfriend, though she doesnt like him. Michelle is of Chinese-Japanese and American decent and she came to Japan from San Francisco. She first met Mike when Mike and Tai stopped a man from robbing a convienent store, where she worked at. She instantly fell in love with Mike. Michelle also has this hidden power that she doesn know about until later on in the series
