Senshi Village is wiped off the map on an unknown group of mass-murders, in later found out that the villages' demise was the work of one man. Very few survived and have gone into hiding after the incident. The village though had the population of a warrior people. Who could have defeated them so easly, massecring the one thousand people who lived there with ease, including itsmost strongest warrior, the leader of the village. A survior and sole-heir to the Togokai Arts, Rihoshi must defeat the man responsible or his village ceasting to exist, and that man his his very uncle, Segenki!

Rush Studios' Flagship anime takes place in the modern era of Japan. Set in the fictional Keikoku Town ("Valley Town"), it follows Rihoshi Togokai, Kamaru Harashi and Company as they join forces to beat The Deadly and Fearless, Segenki and other deaflr menaces

Settings

Keikoku Town: A fictional city and also where the majority of events take place in The Rush Studios Universe. Keikoku Town means Valley Town and the city is also nicknamed "Fighter's Valley" because of all of the powerful martial artists tht reside there. Keikoku Town is one of the many cities that make up Tokyo, Japan.

-- CRISIS(Central Response and Intelligence System for Intense Situations): The Agency that Kamaru's father, Haiyato operates. It deals with out of the ordinary events such as terrorist attacks, riots. and other important things that the police and sometimes the army cant handle. Leader: Director-General Haiyato Harashi 

--SIN: a organization founded by Rihoshi's former mentor, Segenki. Segenki uses this organization to grasp the "Power of God". Leader: Segenki

-- Red Hawk Mercenary Corps(REDHAWK):the World's largest mercenary organization, REDHAWK takes out World Class Criminals, or criminals with worldwide threats to put it into a simplier explanation. It's clients include The United States, Russia, China, Japan, and other countries.

-- The United Shinobi Alliance: a "United Nations" style alliance comprised of all of the top villages in Shinobi Alley

-- The Maxwell Mafia Militia (MMM): was once the American Mafia's Presence in Japan, it has spun of into a sort of "military-mafia" hybrid. Its leader, Jacob Maxwell .Maxwell's organization is one of the reasons why Japan's criminal ratie has skyrocketed to an all time high.

-- Krieger Oil & Energy Company: a company owned by Kaiser Von Holle, which suppiles the world with 43% of its oil and 32% of its energy.

 

 

 

Rihoshi Togokai:

The main Character of the anime, Rihoshi wants to hunt down and kill the man known as Segenki for the slaying of his villagers. With the power of blue fire, given to him by his deceased father, Rihoshi has all of the power neccessary in killing that man, its just the matter of question if he knows how to use it! Rihoshi is from the Togokai clan. Rihoshi is portrayed as having a cool attitude but will become serious and strategic in intense situations or in battle. He has blue spiky hair and blue eyes and wields the legendary blade, Ryuenjin. 

 Kamaru Harashi: The main female character, Kamaru is the next heir for the Harashi Clan, a clan that can use the power of the wind. Kamaru has lost her mother, Marri to cancer and her big brother, Ryo with the latter she thinking is still alive somewhere. She carries the locket of her late mother. Rihoshi says that Kamaru looks like someone of his village, but with longer hair. She is also a  "good friend" of Rihoshi and a skilled martial artist of her own right. She develops feelings for Rihoshi throughout the course of the series. Kamaru has long blonde hair with blue eyes along with a large bust

Ryan Star: the capoeira powerhouse, Ryan has been through alot in his life. His father killed his mother when he was little and he was physically abused by him, resulting in Ryan's anger toward people. He hopes one day to gain power because of his rough childhood, claiming that he deserves it.

Jubilee Mirago:One of Kamaru’s closest friends, Jubilee is an excellent martial artist of her own right as well as a point blank range archer.She is part Japanese and part African-American and oftenly visits her parents who live in Los Angelas.

Youshiro Hikaru:  a cocky junior-high soccer star and skilled Tai-Kwon Do artist, Youshiro's life is far from glamorous. His step-father is an alcoholic and contantly beats his mother. Youshiro hides this from the world by displaying a cocky persona

Hiyazumi Miyarashi: sometimes called “The Force”, Hiyazumi was born with immense strength but chooses not to fight to cause pain. He uses it to use help stop pain and destruction. Hiyazumi wants to find a cure for his physically enabled sister Mayumi's life threathening disease

 RaRa Togokai:Rihoshi’s little sister, RaRa always has her companion, Kiyoku with her. RaRa is basically always cheerful but like her brother, she changes her attitude in intense situations but only when she doesn’t think that she can win. RaRa wears a yellow ribbon in her hair in memory of her best friend who was killed by Segenki. RaRa has the powers of a cat, thanks to her Nekogan

Miyata "Mimi" Sariyoshi": a ninja on the run for the assasination of several of her fellow ninja, Miyata wants to clear her name from injustice and find the person who really did the crime

Segenki: the main protagonist and the leader of SIN. Segenki killed the entire Senshi Village. Formely Rihoshi’s mentor, Segenki wants to achieve The Power of God. He strongly believes that there is no such thing as good nor evil and that they are just labels to descibe diversity in behavior. Segenki has a way of manipulating the weak in order to do his biding. . Segenki has red long hair with orange-red eyes.

 

Genkido Kidamore: former best friend of Rihoshi and the leader of The Seven. Genkido is a former pupil turned apprentice to Segenki after the Senshi Village Massacre. Genkido stands in Rihoshi’s way in fighting Segenki. He has the ability to manipulate the darkness to a certain degree, allowing him to take anything and temporarily place it into the Void. He also has a sword, know as The Darkness. It seems that he has a crush on his teammate and 2^nd command of The Seven, Natsuko.

Natsuko: the 2^nd in command of The Seven, Natsuko considers Segenki as a great man, even after knowing that he destroyed his entire village. She follows by his goal into destroying a corrupted mankind. Years ago, Segenki saved her from a brothel, after her parents abandoned her and the madam of the brothel tricked her and forced her to sell her body at such a young age. Segenki saved her and she lived in Senshi Village, being trained by Segenki alongside Rihoshi and Genkido. Natsuko is serious all of the time and is considered “the brains of SIN”, because of her strategic and tactician skills rival that of Rihoshi’s and slightly below Segenki. Natsuko had long pink hair that she keeps in apony tail with green eyes.
